Our valued partners

Discover the local sailing organizations that champion women in sailing. These partnerships are crucial for expanding opportunities and resources within our community, helping women develop their skills and engage in local events.

UCSC Community Boating Club

Our nonprofit was founded by a group of women who met through the UCSC Community Boating Center while learning and practicing the art of sailing. The UCSC Community Boating Center provides affordable sailing instruction to the Santa Cruz community and creates opportunities for women to develop and refine their sailing skills.

One of its most popular programs is the Monday Night Women’s Sailing Program, which offers women the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build confidence sailing a variety of keelboats in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Pacific Sail offers instructional programs for sailors of all experience levels, from beginners to advanced sailors. PacSail Club members can enjoy charter access to a diverse fleet of Pacific Sail keelboats (22’ - 40’).

Build your skills and proficiency in classes for women, taught by women, in a supportive and encouraging learning environment that will have you certified to skipper our charter boats with confidence and knowledge.

Santa Cruz Yacht Club

The Santa Cruz Yacht Club offers women sailors an opportunity to continue their sailing journey through an active and welcoming community. Members can participate in racing, cruising, educational programs, and social events while connecting with fellow sailors who share a passion for Monterey Bay.

Whether building skills, finding crewing opportunities, or expanding their sailing network, women will find a supportive environment both on and off the water. The club provides a natural next step for sailors looking to grow their experience, confidence, and involvement in the Santa Cruz sailing community.
